WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING ROLES IMMEDIATELY:
As the Marketing Representative you will have a proven network of contacts at a senior level with airlines and MRO’s within the region, strong business development and negotiation skills and most ideally previous experience in the placement of aircraft or engines on lease.
The ideal candidate will either have previous experience in a leasing company or the sales and marketing function of a manufacturer. Applications will also be considered from people with an MRO or Parts background. The position is seeking a person either currently based in the region or a proven track record in selling into the region.
The role of the tax manager is to manage the complete tax function and actively participate as part of the deal team for transactions and manage all tax planning for the related entities. Being a newly created position the successful person will create and manage internal tax policies as well as set best practice procedures. The position will require a person with previous experience ideally within aviation finance or commercial aviation. It is essential that the person be tax qualified.
The legal counsel will work as part of a team of lawyers delivering global in-house legal advice, transaction support, risk management and general legal services in the day to day running of its business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years PQE either in house or in private practice in asset leasing or finance with a strong academic and career record. Previous experience drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for sale, acquisition, lease and finance related aspects of an asset leasing or finance business essential.
The role of the Chief Risk Manager will be to create and implement best practice of risk management policies and procedures and ensure they align to the parent company’s own policies and guidelines. They will also actively participate in the transaction approval process to ensure compliance with company policy.
The position will require a person with extensive experience in a risk position and a proven record developing and implementing risk management frameworks. Ideally the person will have 6 - 8 years experience in Risk Management with a preference for aviation related industries
The role of the credit analyst is to prepare the credit applications for associated engine lease transactions and continue due diligence in the existing portfolio of customers.
The position will require a person who can analyse financial statements, operating cash flows, liquidity and other ratios well as monitor and assess wider economic factors that influence the risk rating for the customers. Ideally the person will have 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar role corporate finance experience with solid credit skills.
Please note: The Tax Manager, Chief Risk Manager and Credit Analyst position will be based in their head office in Shannon, Ireland.
